The software
Akeru Bot is local-first, open-source software. The MIT License included with the repository governs your use, copying, modification, and distribution of the source code. These Terms do not create a hosted Akeru account or cloud service.

Providers and user content
You choose and configure each provider. You keep your rights in prompts, files, tool results, and other content. You must have permission to send that content to the selected provider. Provider terms, charges, output rules, and retention policies apply to its service.

Acceptable use
Do not use Akeru Bot to break the law, violate another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or damage systems. You are responsible for reviewing commands, payments, messages, deletions, and production actions before you approve them.

Warranty and liability
The software is provided under the warranty and liability terms in the MIT License. Bot output can be wrong or unsafe. Keep backups and review actions that can affect money, data, accounts, or production systems.

Privacy
The Privacy Policy lists local storage, outbound data, retention, and available controls.
